# Grid Park

> Grid Park (გრიდ პარკი) is a construction logistics service in Tbilisi, Georgia, run by Grid Construction, a Tbilisi construction company founded in 2007. It removes construction waste and soil, does excavation and earthworks, and rents construction machinery with its own operators. The price is agreed before work starts and paid after the job is done.

## Service area

Tbilisi and up to 25 km around it: Vake, Saburtalo, Didi Dighomi, Isani, Samgori, Gldani, Nadzaladevi, Mtskheta, Saguramo, Rustavi and Gardabani. Further locations by arrangement; distance beyond the first 10 km is added per kilometre and shown in the price.

- Hauled by tipper truck to licensed disposal sites only, with weighbridge receipts on request
- Included: landfill tariff, haulage from site to dump, VAT
- Loading: by your own people, by your machine, or by our crew
- Price depends on volume (m³), material type and distance to the disposal site
- Hazardous material such as asbestos needs a separate permit

- Foundation pits and basements, trenches for water, sewage and cables, ground levelling for yards, pads and driveways
- Included: operator and fuel, machine delivery, VAT, free site visit in Tbilisi
- Price depends on the excavator, number of working days, delivery and how much spoil leaves the site
- Spoil can be hauled away by tipper truck in the same order

## How ordering works

1. Choose a service and get a price online with the [calculator](https://gridpark.ge/en/calculator), or call +995 32 240 40 18.
2. Our team calls within two working hours to confirm the crew and time window.
3. The crew and machines arrive at the agreed time; the order status is visible online.
4. After the job you sign the act of work with the actual volumes, receive an invoice and pay within seven days - by card online on the order's status page (the link in the confirmation SMS or email), or by bank transfer using the details on the invoice. The invoice can be downloaded there as a PDF. Card payment on site is also possible.

Typical lead time is within 48 hours of the order, often the next morning for standard haulage inside Tbilisi. Rescheduling because of bad weather is free. Invoices can be issued to companies, and regular customers can get a contract with monthly settlement.

## Frequently asked questions

**Do I have to pay anything up front?**
No. You sign the act when the work is finished, the invoice follows, and you transfer within seven days. Card payment on site is also possible.

**What if I guess the volume wrong?**
The estimate uses your figure, the act uses what was actually measured and hauled. If it turns out smaller, you pay less; if larger, our team confirms the extra trips with you before they happen.

**How fast can you come?**
Typically within 48 hours of the order, and often next morning for standard haulage inside Tbilisi. Rentals depend on the availability calendar of the unit.

**Do you work outside Tbilisi?**
Yes - Mtskheta, Saguramo, Rustavi and Gardabani regularly, and further by arrangement. Distance beyond the first 10 km is added per kilometre and shown in the estimate.

**Where does the waste go?**
To licensed disposal sites only, with weighbridge receipts we can attach to your paperwork. Hazardous material such as asbestos needs a separate permit - tell our team first.

**Can I rent a machine without an operator?**
No. Every machine comes with our own experienced operator, who knows it and is responsible for it on site.

**Can I use my own fuel?**
Yes. If you would rather fuel the machine yourself, tell us when you order and we will agree the price on that basis.

**What happens if it rains?**
The calendar flags days with a weather risk, and our team calls you the evening before. Rescheduling because of weather is free.

**Can I get an invoice for a company?**
Yes. Add the company name and tax ID at the order step, or ask for a contract account with monthly settlement if you order regularly.
