What we collect
Your name, phone number, email, site and billing address, and the details of the orders you place. If you pin a location on the map we store those coordinates. Payment card data is handled by our bank, never by us.

To price the job, send the crew to the right gate, issue the act and the invoice, and meet the accounting and waste-transport record-keeping required by Georgian law.
Who sees it
The dispatcher and the crew assigned to your order, our accounting, and where relevant the licensed disposal site (volume and material only). We do not sell data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records for the statutory retention period. Marketing consent, if you gave it, until you withdraw it. Map coordinates are deleted with the order record.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, have it corrected, ask for deletion where no legal duty requires us to keep it, and withdraw consent to messages at any time. We answer within the statutory deadline.
