An estimate is valid for seven days from the moment it is issued and is based on the parameters you entered. The final amount follows the volumes and hours recorded in the act of work. Any change discovered on site - rock, buried foundations, additional trips - is quoted and confirmed with you before the work continues.
An order becomes binding when a dispatcher confirms it by phone. You may cancel free of charge up to twelve hours before the agreed window. Later cancellation, or a crew turned away on arrival, is charged at one trip or one machine day.
You are responsible for lawful access to the site, for marking underground utilities, and for keeping the working area clear. Our operators may stop work where access is unsafe; waiting time beyond thirty minutes is charged per the price list.
Payment falls due after the act of work is signed: bank transfer within seven days, or card on site. Late payment carries statutory interest. Contract clients settle monthly on the agreed tariff.
Rented units must be operated by certified personnel and used only for the purpose agreed. Fuel above the daily allowance, damage outside normal wear, and loss of attachments are billed at cost. Breakdowns are our responsibility and are replaced within twenty-four hours.
All material is delivered to licensed disposal sites; receipts are available on request. You warrant that no hazardous waste is handed over without prior written agreement. Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where Georgian law provides otherwise.
